THE YEAR OF THE PEARL

Fried, Chargrilled, Rockefeller, Bienville (if you fancy), Raw (if you nasty) - however you like your oysters, let's do that.

Spend a few days in historic downtown Baton Rouge celebrating the mother of mollusks - the oyster. Oysters take center stage this weekend - we'll be shucking, cooking, and eating dozens of the briny, meaty little mothershuckers.

HOLLER AT US

If you're interested in being a vendor, sponsor, volunteer, or you just love oysters so much you want to talk to the masters about 'em, fill out this form and holler!
